Our camp has a balanced mix of new and old. Here, you can stay and relax in houses from the 18th and 19th century, fish in our newly created lake and use comfortable facilities like an outdoor kitchen, a sauna or just relax on our great veranda.

There are today three unique, pleasant buildings from the 18th and 19th century on the camp. Together they host up to eight guests. Staying at the camp is like climbing back in time, when soldiers were deployed here and in the outlaying areas by the Swedish Crown.

It offers a much-needed break from modern city life! For example, we have no electricity or municipal water. Instead we use firewood to heat the old buildings, the barbeque house and the sauna. The old houses are now lit by candles and drinking water is available in bottles. We take shower water from our well and heat it with firewoods.

As a guest at our camp we will provide sheets, towels, soaps and shampoos. You are also welcome to use the facilities as much as you want under your holiday. Firewood to the sauna is also included. And best of all: Right now, it costs only £100 for up to six people per night if you have booked one of our four crucian fishing holidays.

A new lake
Autumn 2017 we created a whole new lake at the camp (called 'the camp lake' in english right now). The lake are now stocked with crucians and carp. Currently,  we are building swims, walkways, bridges and other things, so this lake will be a very comfortable, nice and exciting lake to fish, in the coming years. The lake is planned to be opened for fishing in 2020.

Near several airports
The camp is very secluded. It is located outside the town of Köping; centrally located in Sweden and close to Stockholm. It is about 90 minutes from Stockholm-Arlanda Airport and Stockholm-Skavsta Airport, and about 30 minutes from Stockholm-Västerås Airport.
